Apple Berry Salsa with Cinnamon Chips
2 med. Granny Smith apples
1 c. strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 kiwi, peeled and chopped
1 small orange
2 T. brown sugar
2 T. apple jelly
Chop all the fruit except the orange into small pieces. I use my Pampered Chef food chopper, but a food processor works great too and is mucho faster. Zest the orange and add to the fruit. Squeeze the juice from the orange into the fruit mixture. Add the apple jelly and brown sugar and mix well.
Cinnamon chips - you can make your own chips by brushing flour tortillas with water and then sprinking each on e with 1/2 T. sugar and 1/4 t. cinnamon. Cut them into wedges (Use a pizza cutter, it's much easier!) and bake them in a 475 oven for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. If you are pressed for time you can also buy bagged cinnamon sugar pita chips from most grocery stores and they work just as well.

Sarah, this sounds delicious - I bet it would go great with Stacy's pita cinnamon chips!! How much zest from the orange do you use though?? I am not good at zesting! ;)
