What Is This World Coming To?

Some jerk-off ROBBED 2 girl scouts and their leader who were selling cookies outside a Walgreens in San Antonio. Who in God's name can walk up to 2 little girls and ROB them. I know times are tough, but seriously, what is wrong with people? I am so infuriated by this. Is there somewhere in the world where people are still decent and treat each other with respect?
