Having recently discovered the wonder that is Pioneer Woman, I decided last night to give one of her recipes a try. Anyone who is looking for a great gift idea for my upcoming birthday, I would LOVE a copy of her cookbook. Anyway, I had lasagna noodles and tomatoes, so I decided to give her Best Lasagna.
